Registration Information

Student registrants:

Proof of full-time status is required.

Presenters:

All accepted presenters are asked to confirm their attendance by registering for the conference before May 15, 2009. For proposals that involve more than one presenter, at least one presenter from the session must register before the deadline.  We suggest that all presenters meet this deadline so that they receive the lowest rate for the conference.  If for some reason a presenter is unable to meet this deadline but still wishes to present at the conference, they should contact the Conference Committee as early as possible to make alternative arrangements.

All delegates are responsible for their own expenses to and from the conference, and during the conference.  There are no subsidies or conference grants available from IERG for this event.

Letters of Invitation

Letters of Invitation will be sent to speakers whose papers have been accepted at the conference ONLY on a case-by-case basis.  If you believe that you will need a letter, please contact the Conference Committee as early as possible with your request.  We regret that we are unable to send Letters of Invitation to general conference registrants.  General delegates should use their receipt of payment as proof of conference registration when applying for a Canadian visa.

Should your school or governing institution require proof of participation, please contact the Conference Committee as soon as possible.
